People are waiting with anticipation for the Estates at Acqualina to open its doors. This building is going to be the most fascinating specimen of its kind to grace the shores of southern Florida. Two separate 51-story towers will contain 90 units that range in size from 4,465 to 13,000 square feet. One of the building's neighbors will be the Mansions at Acqualina, and another neighbor is going to be the dazzling Acqualina Resort & Spa. The Estates at Acqualina pre-construction condos will have its own club that has been given the name "Villa Acqualina,” and it will have its own spa especially for residents.

Construction Moves Forward in Sunny Isles Beach
The Turnberry Associates are ecstatic. Their new luxury condominium Turnberry Ocean Club Sunny Isles Beach has finally been approved.
The developers can begin constructing this 649-foot glass tower at 18501 Collins Avenue in the beginning of the year. The Turnberry Ocean Club pre-construction condo is planned to have 54 floors and 154 luxurious condominium homes with "flow-through" floor plans that face toward the east and the west.
People had the opportunity to begin reserving the Turnberry Ocean Club condos for sale in mid-October at a price of $1,500 per square foot. The smallest home is 2,900 square feet, and the largest unit is equal to about 10,000 square feet, so starting prices range from $4 million to $35 million. Keep in mind that these are only starting prices. The rates could change for any reason in the future.

After the city commission gives its final approval, Sunny Isles Beach will be home to a new luxury condominium building. Its name is "Palazzo Di Acqualina." Developers Jules and Eddie of the Trump Group's Aventura affiliate have the privilege of bringing this new property to Miami Beach that is going to be the latest tower to hit the real estate market.
This project was so special that the Trump Group created a new LLC for the purpose of conducting negotiations with the Sunny Isles Beach Commission Chambers. They met on September 18 to discuss zoning and to finalize the application process, but everyone expects that the Palazzo Di Acqualina Sunny Isles Beach will receive approval in a very short time.
The new Palazzo Di Acqualina condos for sale will be located in two 51-story towers with 95 luxuriously spacious residences and penthouses.
