Luxury Condominiums Are on the Move in Sunny Isles

Luxury Condominiums Are on the Move in Sunny Isles
The Sunny Isles Beach area has been in search of the construction boom that it is currently experiencing ever since 1925. It was in this year that builders completed the Haulover Bridge that made it much easier for people to move from Miami Beach to Sunny Isles Beach. This bridge was a necessity because this location has a rich history that includes the names of some of the biggest film and music stars. More than that, this area is offering people a serene and comfortable atmosphere where they can vacation or live on a permanent basis surrounded by the sparkling sand and the ripples of the sea. The luxury buildings in this location have even more luxuries and conveniences that will cause them to realize that they are incredibly spoiled.

Condominium homes in buildings like the Ocean Reserve Sunny Isles, the Oceanview Condo Sunny Isles and the Winston Towers Condos have units that are sure to increase in value as time goes by. Those who held onto their properties the longest have found this to be true. However, those who have not purchased their condominium homes yet are not too late. They only need to contract with a real estate agent who will be the first to know when new Sunny Isles condos for sale will arrive on the market.

Sunny Isles Beach is known as the “Venice of America,” and the uninitiated in Sunny Isles real estate will be left behind if they try to find properties on their own. The second that these properties arrive on the market, they are purchased by someone who is represented by a real estate agent. The reason is that the lifestyle is just as big a draw for people all over the world as the luxury condominium properties are. Those who wish to purchase a new home need to act quickly. New buildings are being constructed all the time, but investors are in the habit of making purchases before these buildings have been completed.

Selling a home will require the expertise of a real estate agent as well. People have no better investment than a condominium home in Sunny Isles Beach, and they need to make sure that they receive as much as they are due when selling their properties.

The fastest way to purchase the right Sunny Isles Beach condos is to hire the expert real estate agents at Sunny Realty of South Florida.

Sunny Isles Beach Reaches Its Full Potential

Sunny Isles Beach Reaches Its Full Potential
Up until the 1990s, Sunny Isles Beach only had motels and beaches to speak of, but residents knew that it was marked for greater things. Developers began to take notice of this area that is located between Bal Harbour and Golden Beach, and only a few years later, Sunny Isles has finally begun to realize its full potential.

As the years have gone by, the interest in this area has not been decreasing, and buildings such as the Turnberry Ocean Colony are one reason why. South Beach is a portion of the island that cannot grow any further. The same cannot be said of Sunny Isles, and this property is prime beachfront land that is ready to be developed. In fact, there are 40 proposed new projects that developers hope to build in Miami and most are set to be constructed in Sunny Isles because of where it is located, the beauty of the beaches and the unique condominium buildings that surround it.

The developers are not content to live within the parameters that have been set in the past, and they have sought to push the envelop even further. The Mansions at Acqualina is one such project that is an extension of the already existent Acqualina condominium-hotel. The extension will have 79 units that will each consist of 4,600 square feet and more of space. The purchase prices for these homes will be between $1,500 and $3,500 per square foot.

Perhaps even more impressive is the Regalia Sunny Isles. The units in this building are so large that there is only one condominium home to every floor. These residences will have 5,500 square feet of space with windows large enough to allow residents a 360-degree view of the sights around them.
