Palazzo Di Acqualina is One More Acqualina Property for Sunny Isles Beach
After the city commission gives its final approval, Sunny Isles Beach will be home to a new luxury condominium building. Its name is "Palazzo Di Acqualina." Developers Jules and Eddie of the Trump Group's Aventura affiliate have the privilege of bringing this new property to Miami Beach that is going to be the latest tower to hit the real estate market.
This project was so special that the Trump Group created a new LLC for the purpose of conducting negotiations with the Sunny Isles Beach Commission Chambers. They met on September 18 to discuss zoning and to finalize the application process, but everyone expects that the Palazzo Di Acqualina Sunny Isles Beach will receive approval in a very short time.
The new Palazzo Di Acqualina condos for sale will be located in two 51-story towers with 95 luxuriously spacious residences and penthouses. The developers also plan to construct the Acqualina Resort in between these two buildings that will provide residents with splendid amenities and services. The 5.6 acres of land will feature some of the most beautiful landscaping in the area where residents will discover many opportunities to partake in outside recreation.
The plot of land where the Palazzo Di Acqualina condominium will be built is where the Golden Strand Ocean Villa Resort condo-hotel used to stand. The photograph highlights exactly where the new building will be constructed. Expect to find the marvelous Italian/Mediterranean architecture that is always prevalent in Acqualina properties. No one will be surprised to learn that the Palazzo Di Acqualina luxury condominiums will have exceptional conveniences and indulgences.
New information about the phenomenal new Palazzo Di Acqualina pre-construction building is going to be available in the coming weeks. To keep informed, be sure to consult this website because I will be updating the details as the developers present them to me.
