The Beach Club is not going to be standing in its current spot for much longer. The Argentine firm Consultatio is planning to demolish the building in order to have room to construct a new condominium building called the “Oceana Bal Harbour.”
Consultatio purchased the land for $220 million, and the plan is to have their new condominium construction completed next year. Right after the Beach Club has been razed, the developers will have the ground-breaking ceremony so that the Oceana preconstruction in Bal Harbour can be built.
People may be familiar with Consultatio’s work. It is the same firm responsible for the Oceana Key Biscayne that was received so well during its own pre-construction phase. Because of this success, the developers created the new project to be like the Oceana Key Biscayne. The purchase price for these new condominium homes is $2 million, and residents will receive a great deal for this price.
